The CS1200 Condensate Safety Overflow Switch is designed to automatically shut down air conditioners, heating systems and other condensate producing appliances that are located in a condensate drain pan. The CS1200 Condensate Safety Overflow Switch is activated when water accumulates in the drain pan and is in danger of overflowing. When water rises the CS1200 Condensate Safety Overflow Switch float activates a snap-action switch which shuts down the HVAC system to protect equipment and the surrounding area.
