The UltraLite® UC3232-3CA is an earthquake code compliant lightweight concrete composite equipment pad designed to support HVAC condensers and heat pumps and other outdoor equipment. Required nearly exclusively in Southern California, the UltraLite® pad is available for compliance with strict attachment provisions detailed in earthquake prone local building codes. Only available in most of Southern California and portions of Washington and Oregon.
