It is very convenient using the system because everything is at your fingertips, no more writing up work orders and much less paperwork. Being able to take pictures and add attachments to each work order is beneficial. I can take pictures of the model and serial numbers of unit(s) and send to salesmen, a service manager or add to preventative maintenance notes in FieldEdge.

There are several features In the FieldEdge program that have helped from going from 5 steps to 1. Now with FieldEdge being an online system, I can help out the technicians. It's nice to create a work order and edit the customer information all at the same time, and then to move the call immediately to a technician. To experience the ease is amazing.
