APPLICATIONS

DP 88 is an aerosol spray edge coating or "duct butter" designed to quickly and conveniently coat the edges of fiberglass insulation. DP 88 is also used to repair and reface damaged fiberglass insulation. DP 88 is tack-free and flexible.

FEATURES & BENEFITS

• Use in well ventilated area. Shake can vigorously until ball rattles; continue shaking for 30 seconds before use. Always point spray tip away from yourself and others. For best performance, use this product at temperatures above 50°F. Hold spray can tip 3 to 8 inches from surface to be sprayed, always at a 90° angle to surface. Apply even coats, overlapping passes slightly to insure proper coverage. Keep can moving to avoid excessive build-up, puddling, or bubbles. Dries to touch in 3 to 5 minutes and fully cures in 30 minutes.
• May be used to “butter” or encapsulate cut edges of fiberglass insulation.

• May be used to repair or reface fiberglass insulation and effectively control fiberglass erosion.
