The SPIN® tools F5000 Flaring tool set is a 5-piece Flaring set that is developed for soft copper or aluminum tubing only. Recommended use with corded or cordless drills that are 1,800 RPM or faster, the SPIN® tools keeps the tubing thickness for high pressure refrigerants and is perfect for mini splits and ductless A/C units. The F5000 Flaring tool set has the following bits to perfectly flare tubes with the O.D. of 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4".
• Heat by Friction; Preserves copper’s malleability during the molding process, for a leak-tight fitting.• SPIN® tools keep the tubing thickness for high pressure refrigerants and is perfect for mini splits and ductless A/C units.
• SPIN® tools are NOT to be used with impact guns or with drills or screwdrivers with hammer or impact mode on. This will result in a swage or flare that does not seal properly
